Our Women in Security program provides candidates who are interested in a career in the events and security industry enhanced opportunity to kick start to their career by receiving funded training, mentoring and also development. Our structured programme is tailored to every individual and suited in order to reach their personal and professional goals.

Over 40 candidates have worked their way through our structured programme that aims to;

2) Develop: Provide continuously development in their roles to be able to move quickly through the ranks whilst also gaining valuable life skills.

3) Mentor: Each candidates has an experienced and influential mentor that has worked with Alliance for a number of years, providing them with support & guidance to maximise the benefit of our programme.

University Ambassador

Selected universities with be allocated an ambassador that we feel represents Alliance and our core values. These Ambassadors are tasked to increase our brand recognition on their campus & to build a team to manage throughout the UK festival season. Alliance currently has ambassadors at:

  • Loughborough University

  • The University of Nottingham

  • Leeds Trinity

  • The University of St Andrews

This is also a fantastic development opportunity for our chosen ambassadors who are given responsibility and chance to develop their management and leadership skills they may not have had access to otherwise. These are key skills they can take beyond graduating to future employers with improved confidence in their abilities.

UNKNOWN

Alliance launched UNKNOWN in May 2022 for a 5 night series with the aim to increase music diversity in the student town of Loughborough. Throughout the series, UNKNOWN hosted 6 DJs, 1000 students & welcomed music from genres including Hip-Hop, RnB, Bashment, Trap & Afrobeats. Accommodating and promoting diversity is key to our values and it was a privilege to exhibit this on these club nights.
