The School Games National Finals returns to Loughborough University from 29th August – 1st Sept. The multi-sport event is designed to give young athletes an educational experience and a taste of what it is like to participate in a major multi-sport competition.

Accommodation: There is no onsite camping at this event, staff must find alternative accommodation. Facilities including toilets and crew catering will be provided.
Estimated shift times: Day Shifts: 07:00 - 19:00. Most shift times will be 12 hour shifts in various areas of the event.
Parking: There is onsite parking at the event. Staff are encouraged to make their own way to the event, arrival information is distributed closer to the time of the event.
Role Training: Do not worry if you have no festival or event experience, you will be invited to our online training to understand your role better and be provided mentoring & support by your onsite supervisor. We will also host online sessions to answer any of your concerns before you arrive to site to ensure you are confident and competent in your role.
