Celebrating 10 Years of GALA!

As Gala Festival marks its tenth anniversary in 2025, Alliance Events is proud to celebrate our own milestone — five consecutive years of providing security and crowd management services to one of London’s most iconic music festivals.

What began as a one-day celebration of underground house, disco, and cultural identity has evolved into a multi-day cultural movement. Gala is now renowned for its diverse programming, exceptional production standards, and vibrant, inclusive atmosphere. At Alliance, we’re proud to have grown alongside Gala — helping to create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for thousands of attendees each year.

Since 2021, Alliance Events has delivered a comprehensive suite of crowd safety and security services at Gala, including:

• Deployment of front-of-house, customer service–focused security personnel

• Security, crowd safety, and risk management planning

• Access control and perimeter security (internal and external)

• Crowd flow monitoring, ingress and egress management

• Supporting welfare teams and safeguarding vulnerable individuals

• Incident management and liaison with production, safety teams, and local authorities
